21st July 2020 - I am now ready to start Reflexology Treatments in my treatment room at Lion Court Podiatry, Leominster.
Changes I’ve made for OUR safety:
What I’m asking YOU to do:
When you have an appointment booked:
Day Before your Treatment
I will call you the day before your treatment to:
Go through the Covid-19 Risk Assessment and General Consultation Form
Remind you of the Social Distancing Protocol when you arrive at the building
Make your next appointment
Treatment Day
Things to bring with you
A bottle of water
The Treatment Room looks different!
Unnecessary items have been removed from the treatment room and I have arranged the furniture so that there is no cross over between us in the room.
W.C. is available for your use while in the building
The time that you spend in the building will be reduced as we will be doing the consultation over the phone the day before.
I am only offering Reflexology treatments to start with. The room has been set up for Reflexology keeping social distancing guidelines in mind.
Thank you
Heidi
Changes I’ve made for OUR safety:
- Removed unnecessary items from the treatment room
- Arranged the furniture so that there is more space in the room and no crossover between myself and the client
- Put a waterproof covering on all pillows and bolster cushions
- Have a comprehensive cleaning schedule to follow before/after each client in line with Government Guidelines and those of the FHT and AoR
- I will wear a fresh face covering and tunic for each client
- The consultation process will be done over the phone the day before to reduce the contact time in the treatment room.
- I've completed the Gateway Workshop Training Course - Covid-19 Health, Safety and Hygiene Returning to Work.
What I’m asking YOU to do:
- Please call me to reschedule if you feel unwell
- Come to your appointment on time and alone
- Wait outside the building until I let you in
- Bring your own water
